Robotic technologies at Chrima Metal Fabrication have increased speed, efficiency and cost-saving for our clients welding projects. We employ the Lincoln System 55 with a Fanuc M710iC 20L robot that is equipped with a solution arm for extended reach.
With two work stations, the Lincoln System is able to execute dual programmes simultaneously allowing for shorter preparation and wait times. In addition, this station has touch sensing and seam tracking built in which consistently checks parts for deviations and adjusts on the fly.
